"The room was nice. We found makeup on our pillow cases and the staff made it right, right away. The biggest bummer was the fact that the pool was across the street. I think Parc55 could do a better job of educating the guests where it is and how to find it. We loved closing out our days at the bar, but wished that breakfast had more options than the buffet."

"We had a great stay during our 3 days in San Francisco. Check in was a breeze, the front staff and concierge were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and very clean with a wonderful view. I accidentally left some items in our room and security called me immediately to inform me and shipped them to my home right away. This was a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back."

"Nice hotel. The room was kind of tight but it worked for my daughter and I. There’s a great coffee place across the street. The hotel has a nice lounge area with chairs and a wonderful coffee machine. The room was very clean. We would come back when we return to SF"
