"It’s a boutique hotel in San Francisco. Understand that it is not like a Marriott or Hilton, and don’t expect that type of experience and you’ll enjoy your stay here. The beds are comfy, though firmer pillows would be nice. The Bathroom was clean, had good water pressure, and enough room to maneuver around. Good walking distance to restaurants and public transportation. Also easy access for ride services to pick up and drop off from."
