"I would suggest that the property management consider installing better electrical outlets as my iPhone charger kept slipping down and out of the socket. I reported this to the front desk while I was there as I had trouble keeping my iPhone charged during my stay and had to depend on charging it in my car rental."

"Great location. Room was clean, however, the carpets ( very much so), upholstered furniture cushions REALLY need cleaning. Bathrooms could be cleaned more than only once a day. Other guests were friendly. Very funky historical building, so interesting in that regard. The hallways were crowded with old furniture and very dusty and dirty. "It was frustrating. I had two main things I wanted to do: get some work done and watch the World Cup. The Wi-Fi was atrocious and I had to use my cell service, which was also pretty bad though not their fault. The TV kept needing to be logged in or would switch inputs or just stopped working. And then even though it was off, the TV turned on in the middle of the night, a bright white shining light, like a beacon for ships from Hawaii to find their way to the hotel. It made no sense. "I don’t know if it’s Expedia or the hotel, but we booked 2 queens, and those were NOT queen beds. When I asked the guy at the desk, he said they were. But we measured them! Definitely not queen sized. So just know if you are booking 2 queens, they will be full sized. Also, the room was pretty hot, and there is no air conditioning. The fan was very dinky and loud. "We stayed here for 5 days (2 adults 2 teenagers). At check in we were told there is no contention breakfast since the restaurant is now open and we have a $10 off credit which we never used. When we got to the room, there was no microwave and no fridge. There was no ac just a ceiling fan. We couldn't even open the window because it was screwed shut. That was awesome! The pool was okay. The beds weren't the best. The bathroom door didn't shut unless you slammed it. The hot water was never hot...

"It was a very comfortable property - very quiet. the staff were friendly and helpful. This property would be good as a place to rest and recharge. Not really a destination property, but it would be our first choice if we were back in the area. Parking is very easy."
