"Clean room"

"Hotel price was exactly as described by Expedia. NO RESORT FEE, NO PARKING FEE, NO HIDDEN CHARGES. Hotel restaurant, Fusion, was excellent. Prices very affordable and menu had variety for everyone. Pool area very clean, and pool itself very nice and peaceful. Staff at the hotel very pleasant and courteous. Room very spacious, clean and up to date. Location excellent with lots of restaurants within walking distance, and entertainment as well. Definitely will recommend this hotel any time."

"Our room smelled absolutely disgusting like mildew and feces. The room was dirty, with hair everywhere, stains on the sheets and couch, and dust covering the couch and lamps. The kids ended up dealing with allergy symptoms for the rest of the trip, which wasn’t surprising given the amount of dust. The breakfast staff worked hard to keep everything stocked and clean. However, there weren’t enough tables available, so we had to eat outside both mornings. That wouldn’t have been an issue, except...
