Horrible stay, aged property and mgmt company

Initially, after Hotels.com booking, an unprofessional management company called Wonder Vacation comes in with a contract etc. Moreover the charge and addition $500 for deposit instead of holding. They entered the hoise wiithout our consent or knowledge during our stay whci was treated first as "oh, it was one of our senior staff with owner´s orders, and the... it is in the contract we do what we want. At last a few pictures were sent and 30 USD chrged for stained towels... Well... argualbly theuy never produced the picture before of the unstained. Response : you can appeal to some commitee and the decision is final... sure. Additionally BEWARE this management company says you need to pay to use de resort fee, what they fail to disclose is that once they are a rogue management company within the resort, the fee is USD 100 per day. The property is seriously aged (compared to the others I stayed in the same resort). I would recommend finding another property to stay, avoi Wonder Vacation managed properties (or photograph EVERYTHING before/after) as well as avoid leaving valuables because these guys enter the house you are renting as they wish.

As the owner of two property care companies that provides hospitality services to owners of vacation rental properties, this was an incredibly disappointing experience, specifically with the management company. They absolutely did not have themselves together when it came to communicating issues and responding in a timely manner. Incredibly rude and absolutely not eager to provide any type of assistance. Not professional at all. The owner should definitely seek new management.
