Absolutely loved this resort! After long days at the parks coming back to rest was so nice and the people truly made your days at every encounter. Jessica Rubin at the front desk was extremely helpful! Karren the bar tender went out of the way to make sure we were taken care of and Raymond at the restaurant started each day with a smile! Thank you all for a great trip!

Loved the property and the room. The hotel is being renovated so I was a little disappointed that I couldnā€™t use the spa but I knew that going in. There was one elevator working which was kind of a drag and my room faced the highway which was noisy at times. All in all, for the price and the lovely staff, Iā€™d definitely come back again after renovations are finished

The staff were very all friendly lovely. Hotel rooms is clean and ved are made daily with water bottles provided. The hotel is walkable to Disney Springs, about 15 minutes stroll. 2 aspects that might needed improvement was the facilities is going under construction, the pool and the laundry, we weren't communicated beforehand. Also, instead of taking all payment at once, B hotel seems to take it day by day, take some bond, refund some later. It gets confusing and hard to keep track of money going in and out.
