This is the worst "hotel" I have ever stayed at. There was a musty odor throughout the hotel. Toilet never stopped running, air conditioner was not working correctly. I told the front desk these issues, but nothing was ever done to fix these issues. The housekeeping is basically non-existent. Only replenished towels and emptied garbage cans. Beds were never made and the floors were neither swept or mopped. The pool was dirty and my cousin had to skim the bugs out of it before we could go in. It was cloudy and the hot tub was disgusting, wouldn't even place a toe in it. The pool lounge chairs were old, dirty and had holes in the material. there were old rusted chairs piled up in the corner of the pool area to be thrown away, but were just piled there. When the hotel was told about the pool, they stated they did not care about the pool. The gym consisted of three machines. The pictures on the expedia website are about three years old, because the lobster restaurant closed three years ago. There was another restaurant there after that and now there is a sushi place. I will never stay at any comfort inn again!
