"We had been told that we could come over to Orlando early and use the facilities until our room was available. The website said that check in was 4:00. We got there at 3:00 and was told that the room was not available so we changed and went out to use the pool. Checked back with the front desk at 4:30 and told that the room would most likely not be ready until 5:30/6:00 pm. We went back to the the pool and waited until 6:00. Finally checked in unpacked all our food and stuff. By 1:00 am we realized that the refrigerator was not cooling. Mind you our groceries had been in n our coolers in our car in Florida 100 + temperatures for over 3 hours waiting on our room. They offered to move us rooms at 1:00 am or to move our food. Either one was a huge inconvenience at that time of the night."
