"Two bed room was ideal for my husband and I and our two teens. There was plenty of space for us all. The view from the room was directly across from VB which was nice however it was loud as we were seemingly above an industrial aircon unit that ran 24/7. It was fine for me with my ear plugs in but something to consider. Check in was speedy and check out was easy. Room service pizza was enjoyed by the teens. Location is great. It’s definitely walkable to the park but the shuttle service is super reliable. Great entry level Universal hotel. "

"Nice, newer rooms. GREAT soaking tubs. It’s fine. Very large. You walk to get to everything. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Starbucks is good. "
