The room was dirty, and the bathtub was peeling and filthy. There were bugs and bedbugs all over the room. There was no staff on duty at night to assist. I requested fresh towels, but they were never delivered. The breakfast consisted of absolutely nothing.

I book 2 days for 5 guest room of 2 beds and 1 sofa couch. The only good thing in this room was only the cleaning of the bed sheets, but the rest was really bad. The room have a terrible smell because it have carpet and it’s all stain. Bad cleaning under the bed, dirty carpet. We’d had to run to cvs to buy spay and candles for the bad smell, trust me it’s very bad. Not good ac, the halls ways smell very bad and stain on the carpets. It’s says breakfast included. That it’s a scam, they don’t have breakfast, only coffee. And the place around smell bad with strange people wondering around. Please pay a bit more and rent another hotel, don’t stay here. Expedia please take this hotel (well it’s not even a hotel ) from your platform. Don’t let you clients fell on this bad hotels scams.

GROSS—highly do not recommend. The only positives were the friendly woman at check-in and the location. Beyond the lobby, the hotel smells awful—a mix of marijuana, dogs, and urine. The room itself was filthy. I honestly wanted to turn around and leave, but after a 10-hour flight and a 3-hour drive, we were too exhausted to go elsewhere. I usually check reviews before booking, but this time we didn’t since we were traveling—and that was a mistake. Complementary breakfast, coffee.. no cream, oatmeal packets and hot water. The moment we opened the door to our room we knew it was bad. All countertops dirty, mirror filthy. There were cigarette burns in the sheets, and the bathroom felt unsafe—I didn’t even shower because the ceramic tub was peeling and looked like it could cut your foot. The pictures speak for themselves.

This was a spur of the moment decision, my son and I were in Tampa for the week and decided to add a two day side trip to Orlando. So we sought out someplace close to Sea World and reasonably cheap. The reviews were mixed, but even the bad reviews focused on small things that didn’t matter that much to me (the TV was outdated, the carpet showed wear and tear). I’ve travelled extensively, staying in hotels in most US States and several foreign countries (including in the developing world) and this was without a doubt the worst hotel I’ve ever encountered. When I went to check in, the desk clerk insisted on showing me the rooms “and then you can decide if you want to stay.” That should’ve been my red flag to make me leave. He showed me 5 different rooms, none of which anyone should pay money to sleep in. What I found included: bath tubs that were in such a state of disrepair I honestly thought this was an abandoned building, lights in some rooms didn’t even work, furniture was worn and in some cases missing, the drawer facings in one room were gone, there were what appeared to be electrical burn marks on the carpet, one room smelled so badly of urine that the clerk told me he wouldn’t let me stay in it. Trash was piled in the hallways along with a pile of wet linen right outside one of the rooms. You should NOT stay here (we left and booked a Hilton down the road). 1 star for an honest desk clerk, who told me he wouldn’t advise me to stay.

Afuera está bien pero el cuarto estaba terriblemente sucio. La alfombra estaba toda mancha, el toilet estaba orinado y con cabellos humano. Habían cucarachas. El personal muy amable pero la habitación parecía sacado de una película de terror.

I arrived at night and could see that there were unsavory people hanging out around the hotel. The staff made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. The whole hotel smelled like meth and cat piss. The room didn’t have any towels. Had to wait to get towels after they washed some in the morning. The drawers were broken and or missing. The curtains were broken. There was literal dog/other feces in the hallway. I paid way too much to stay at this hotel.

The room was not clean. The floor in the kitchenette was sticky on the bottom of shoes, the carpet looked as if animals used it as a toilet and it was not cleaned properly. Parts of the flooring and wall plaster was missing. There were tiny ants in the bathroom and sink area. The bath tub looked like it had been painted abd the paint was peeling off the sids and cracked on the bottom. The fridge looked like it had leaked at some point. The dishwasher was dirty looking and all dinged up on the front. There was parts if the counter top missing. The front door did not seal all the way around it so you could see into the hallway. The elevator look to have had an electrical fire at some poit cause the buttons were melted. The loby was by far the cleanest part of this place. I would not recommend this place or stay here again as i was afraid of bringing bugs home or getting my room broken into. I know it was an extended stay hotel but it seemed to have families living there. This whole place gave my husband and I bad vibes. We were both nervous and afraid to even sleep on the bed. We couldn't switch rooms as they were sold out for the night we were there.

This hotel is downright disgusting. Bugs and cockroaches all over. Most of the lights in the room didn’t work. The curtains wouldn’t close all the way due to be broken. The cabinets were missing, the couch had rips in it. WOULD NOT STAY HERE!
