Arrived for late check in and there is a phone on the wall to call someone. The hotel reeked of weed and stale cigarette smoke. No one answered. There was a man asleep in the breakfast area who told me to call a cell phone number. I did, and clearly I woke the lady from her sleep. It took almost 30mins for her to come down and check me in. I get upstairs with my mother-in-law and children to find the key card is not opening the door. I go back down and tell her the room keys don't work. No apology or anything just stuck them in a machine and handed them back. We went back to the door. keys still won't work and then a man clearly sleeping came to the door! So embarrassing for both of us. I came downstairs again and told the girl there was a man in the room. Again no apology she instead gets on the phone and proceeds to go back and forth with someone about the room saying cleaned on their system and finally just said they were all booked and I could call Expedia and ask for a refund! Meanwhile, it's 1:30 am and 4 hotels later before we found somewhere to sleep. This place was beyond terrible.
