The Inn needs painting and the roof needs repairs, leaking, the stairs need a do over. The condition of the Inn on the outside needs repairs. The staff was very serviceable.

Comfy and spacious

The room was comfy and spacious. The staff were super nice and friendly. We could have used more towels and the room could have been a tad cleaner. All in all a good trip.

I stayed a week here on Vacation to Disney, I was able to save money yet have a nice room…Honestly the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in and I’ve stayed in many hotels!!! The pool is large and clean and there is a restaurant attached. I have not 1 complaint!!!

90 percent of hotels are open overnight for late check ins. I booked figuring I could do what I usually do and check in whenever. Sure enough when I show up around midnight no one was there. So 3 of us had too sleep in the truck. Then when I went too message I get no response from the hotel.

I recently stayed at your property and while I found the service and amenities to be excellent, I was disappointed with the condition of the rooms. Unfortunately, they did not meet my expectations and felt more aligned with a cheap motel rather than the quality I anticipated from your establishment. I believe a makeover is necessary to enhance the overall atmosphere and comfort of the accommodations.

Roach getaway dont stay here

Hotel was fillthy there was roaches all over the room. There was rat feces in the corner of the room. Didnt even stay there left after seeing the room. Made a complaint waiting on my refund.

NO HOT WATER

No HOT WATER. Stayed for 1 night to shower and sleep. Had to take an ice cold shower since there was no hot water. Went to front desk multiple times for them to give me the run around.

I booked here because of the positive reviews... When I arrived the two desk clerks were wearing sidearms... I started to question them about this and they replied that it is legal in Florida to wear a sidearm. I drove around the property and it seems on the back of the property they cater to homeless or families that are displaced or evicted from their homes. I previewed my room and their was a sticker on the window that said foreclosure ... I stayed elsewhere ...

They have problems with the door locks,too much loud noices and people fighting at nights and they offer breakfast and they don't have even coffemaker or hair dryers...I want a refund for the false offer for breakfasts because we have to spend a lot of money that easn't supposer to. I hope you can help me. Also they don't hace housekeepers.
