"This property is beautiful and pet friendly. The property has dog treats and plenty of waling areas for fargo to roam. The staff is so helpful and welcoming. This propois so close to Disney Springs. We love staying here when we have family join us. Definitely worth the stay."

"The hotel was nice. Staff was great. Location is great and convenient. My issue is THE FEES. I knew about the $50 resort fee prior to booking and I was ok with that. I thought that included parking my vehicle there which has always been the case when staying at a hotel. It does not. I got my final statement which also charged me $40 additional for self-parking making my total $98 in EXTRA FEES on top of the cost of the room. This is greed and gouging and I will NEVER stay at this hotel again for that reason. Put the fees in the room rate or 1 resort fee up front and don't hide it behind non-sense. This made a great experience very frustrating. As a side note, the parking lot that they charge to park in is incredibly tight and limited in availablity. I had to pull out of two different spaces to load and unload my vehicle so I didn't hit the vehicles next to me.
I didn't complain until I realized I was paying a premium for this parking lot built for hot wheels."

"Room was big and had a good layout, but needed some updating or fixing, some wear and tear on the room noticeable. Did not like that We had to pay so much for parking. We did like how close it was to the Disney parks. Couldn’t use the waterslides due to thunderstorms, but the rest of the amenities indoors were nice to have."
