No complaint about our stay. Didn’t use buses but did get the breakfast voucher we paid for and it was worth it. Pool looked nice from afar, didn’t use it, gym was open 24 hr which was nice. Parking is crowded but would stay again

The front desk made me wait all day to check in because there were supposedly no clean rooms available. Here’s a simple solution, hire more housekeepers, or set higher efficiency standards and hold staff accountable when they’re not met.

Carlos at the front desk was great as was all of the other staff I encountered. The breakfast is so worth the prepaid amount. The property is clean and well maintained. The rooms are clean and roomy. There are some signs of age, including the carpet. My only complaint is that there is a resort fee and $100.00 deposit requested at check-in that are not mentioned when booking on Expedia. Usually Expedia tells me if money is going to be owed at the property. But an overall great stay and now knowing about the fees, I would stay here again if it was the best price including the fees.

Anniversary Getaway

Our stay was good. Our room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the view we had, we stayed on the 8th floor overlooking the pool. We enjoyed the convenience of the shops and restaurants located in the same plaza. The decor of the hotel was a little dated. The fees that come with the room are a bit much seeing as the hotel itself doesn’t offer much in terms of a “resort”.

I stayed at this hotel for a quick weekend getaway and loved every moment of it!! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable; the balcony I had in my room was amazing since it was my first time having that, the room was spacious, and the breakfast buffet was to die for! The only suggestion I have for the hotel is making a map to differentiate between the two towers of the hotel especially like someone myself who has a late arrival. Would definitely stay again if I am in the area!! :)
