"The resort on a scale of 1 to 10 in our opinion was about a 5. Check-in was easy, but the room was a bit outdated, deck furniture was filthy with cigarette burns. Kitchen was dirty with old and scratched frying pans, and limited utensils. The pool area was nice, but again the furniture was outdated and very dirty. They charged $260 for parking for the one week that we were there which is outrageous. We didn’t know about it in advance, but I thought the charge was for premier parking. There was an enormous parking garage that was empty. We ate at the restaurant at the resort only once in during our entire stay, the food was not good. We probably would not go back to the Grove again since we have stayed at numerous other resorts in the immediate area and had a much better experience."
