The owner was great and got back to us right away when we contacted. The house was great for our kids and they had a blast in the pool. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything that we needed. The furniture was not the most modern and definitely well used and loved, but perfectly fine for us. Thank you for a great time.

The neighborhood was mostly locals, so more noises than usual for a vacation home. Was woke up the first morning because people parked on the side of the house were working on their car at 7 am. Also it was on an end lot, and most days at least 4 cars were parked along the side of the house most of the time. The pool area was not private, screened, but no privacy shades or even trees, you are out in the open. The beds were not comfortable at all. We paid extra to have the pool heated, and it didn’t really get warm until about Sunday, when we had arrived on Tuesday. The hot tub was colder than the pool. And the toilet in the master bath would randomly fill up all through the night. When we contacted the rental office all they said was how they had just spent thousands on paint and new floors and have never received complaints about this unit. Nothing to help fix matters. We will not use them for our yearly trip again.

House was great! The thermostat being locked at 72 was a little warm for us but not their fault we are from Alaska LoL. Communication was prompt and friendly prior to arrival, did not have any reason to reach out during our stay. Only frustration we had was Completely out of landlord companies control. City was redoing oil coat on the street and almost every morning when we woke up and tried to leave we were blocked in with traffic cones and ropes, resulting in our having to move cones to get out and extra cleaning of our rental car. All things considered, we would definitely use this company again!

Everything was great. The jets on the Spa/Hot tub didn’t work well and the sliding doors were hard to open and close. The beds were very comfortable. The back bedroom bed seemed a little loose that could possibly need to be tightened or a new frame.

The space is spacious. Pool was really cold, hot tub wasn’t “hot” maybe luke warm but overall was a pretty nice stay.

The Property manager provided a house in Davenport and we preferred Kissimmee. We asked if there were any other houses in Kissimmee, but Property manager advised us that for the money he has receiving from Expedia that this was the only property that was available to us. First impression was that it was a good layout. The first thing we dealt with were the ants in the bathroom and kitchen, however, Property Manager had kitchen and pool sprayed. We realize there are bugs this time of year but we dealt with it the whole time we were there. Dining room chairs were all stained, coffee tables and plants were layered with dust. Also the ceiling vents were all very dirty. We only used the bottom floor and the bedrooms on that floor. We felt like we were sleeping on the box spring and not a mattress. Property Manager had a very light mattress topper dropped off. Apparently, the owners do not want to replace the mattress. We still had to put blankets for more support. It only made a slight difference. Overall, we made the best of our stay - we asked for another property as mentioned above but nothing available. Another disappointment other than the mattress were the two frying pans. We literally went out and bought a frying pan. We couldn't believe anyone would have wanted to use the frying pans prior to us. We really like the property manager however, he may say other families had no complaints. We took pictures as proof of the things mentioned above.

Ótima casa, mas longe de absolutamente tudo

Casa muito bonita, gigantesca, bem arrumada, tvs em todos os comodos, cozinha bem grande (bem poucos acessórios, para ficar mais tempo nela foi bem ruim nesse sentido), banheiros limpos e muito grandes. A casa tinha 2 problemas, o primeiro era a localização, que era MUITO afastada e bem diferente do que nos foi vendido pela hoteis.com, e também o ar condicionado que não funcionava bem em todos os quartos, mas tirando isso era excelente. Recomendaria muito essa casa para quem quer ficar distante de tudo (o que não era o nosso caso e a hoteis.com nos mentiu), mas para quem quer ir aos parques, outlets e tudo mais, é MUITO longe de tudo, cada saida de casa levava, pelo menos, 1 hora de transito até chegar. A casa que nos alocaram não era nem perto de Kissimmee, como nos venderam, era uma casa em Davenport, muito longe mesmo.

All the beddings in the property were dirty, had stains that looked like vomit. The worst part was when we went to use the oven and the whole house got smoked out that took 35 minutes to clear out with all the doors and window opened because there was a huge grease spill in the bottom of the oven that was covered with foil! When we contacted the property manager he come over the follow day and gave us oven cleaner and told us to spray the oven and clean out in an hour!!! We told him we were not cleaning the oven and it never got cleaned therefore we could not use it the entire week we were there! We also had to throw out the food we had in the oven in the first place and the manager told us to cook the oven pizzas in the microwave!!!! Terrible stay!
