I was put in a handicapped room that I didn't need, the shower wouldn't go up on the rod any further than my waste and the water only trickled out . I waited almost 10 minutes for the water to get warm and finally took a cold shower. the water dripped constantly which kept the floor wet and slippery and I slipped and fell. The second morning I didn't shower, I just drove home. They better fix it before they put someone else in there.

Upon checking in and checking out they try to sell you a time share. Then they charged me for the entire stay even though my stay was already paid for. This ruined my trip and took away a nice chunk of my “trip spending money”. They comped my parking but that didn’t help seeing that I was out well over a thousand due to them over charging me. I didn’t get a refund until days after I left. The property was nice but not at the expense of getting double charged and not having that extra money to enjoy my trip, a “sorry” doesn’t fix that much of an inconvenience. Seeing that they offered a Visa gift card for the time share presentation, they could have given me my money back on a visa gift card so I actually could’ve enjoyed my trip the way I planned. So disappointed. I will never go back to this place.

This is a beautiful property that was so enjoyable to walk around in and experience. The numerous large pools. The eating areas with such good food. All of the little extras, the putt putt golf, bikes and boat rentals. The villas were so very, very nice.

The manager, Jessica, was rude and dismissive when I called regarding an extended checkout request. Prior to speaking with her, one of the staff members Tasheika was also rude and abruptly hung up on me. When I called back to address the situation, the staff member falsely claimed that I had hung up on her instead. Rather than taking the concern seriously or attempting to resolve the issue, Jessica brushed it off and was unhelpful throughout the conversation. My concern was not simply about the checkout request itself, but about the overall level of customer service and professionalism I experienced during both check-in and checkout. My family and I make it a point to stay at this location often because we genuinely enjoy the property and consider ourselves regular guests. That is why this experience was especially disappointing. I was simply trying to provide honest feedback regarding the rude behavior and dismissive attitude we encountered, but I did not feel heard or valued as a returning customer.
