Bad communication! Hotel was closed. Wasn't told.

The Hotel was closed! I got no notice that everything was changed. They moved me to another branch but it was further away and I got no advance notice. Terrible communication.

This hotel service has drastically changed. It's not the same as it was before. Staff associates not as courteous as previous, the texture of the rooms aren't as comfortable as before.

The room had a musty smell and was in shambles. Also there were a ton of shady characters . We will not be staying there again.

We had a great stay the pool was beautiful the room was nice and clean they did a good job maintaining everything. The only downside is that the hallway in b building did smell like cat pee a little, like it was coming from one of the rooms and there are some sketchy characters hanging around and some questionable activity at certain times. But there is also security guards that patrol the property night and day. Very reasonable rates and great location though I would go back.

The price was great but... The room was a very basic mediocre motel room.The phone in the room did not work. The safe in the room did not work. The staff person who came to fix things was lovely, friendly, and helpful. He was able to fix the safe but the phone never did work. Not a big deal unless of course there were to be a state of emergency where all cell towers were down. During the COVID-19 crisis that is a valid concern. The hotel should have taken this more seriously. The lady cleaning the room one day refused to leave when I came back to my room and asked for privacy. The hotel needs to train their staff to allow for guests to return to their rooms with an expectation of privacy. The work-around was that we agreed she need not come back to finish cleaning.

Pool and hot tub was nice. Room was clean. Plenty of towels. Staff friendly. Didn't like that my room was right across from maid service facilities. Their carts lined the hall making it hard to get in and out of the room and through the hall. They were also very loud very early. Avoid rooms 130-140 to avoid that. Also they don't have microwaves in the room.

Very close to the theme parks and right across the street from a few fast food places. Rooms where very clean and had everything we needed. Had a very pleasant experience here and would definitely recommend.

Great Ice machine Front desk and cleaning crew were good workers. Good to see security 24 hrs a day. Security officer were walking the building. This is a Rosen Property so they keep high standards even in lower priced property. Good work.

Buena opción en Orlando!

El Hotel estuvo bien, habitación cómoda y amplia. Limpia. El colchón estaba algo hundido en el medio. Básico, cómodo, limpio, buena ubicación. La atención en el Front desk debería ser mejor. El resto estuvo todo bien! Buena relación precio-calidad. Volvería
