"Everything was great, checkin in was a little weird again. The checkin area seems cluttered and does not mesh with the long weird snack table. Get rid of that or turn it sideways. You would be able to have actual check in lines and not have everyone one all weirdly bunched up. I would also suggest self checkout for the snacks! TY will stay again and again. The bar manager lady is chill AF but also assertive with that wild folks. 11/10 mgmt skills, the last mgmt was rude the whole week. GG"

"The pools were great and pretty clean. Especially the "Adult only" pool. However, the waterpark was not included and was an additional $25 per person, per day. This was not conveyed to me when we booked. Our room had much wear and tear but served its purpose. The cleaning staff never once came and cleaned our room or changed out our towels. We had to go find towels every day! I would give this resort 3 out of 5 stars. Also, it was a time share resort and there were people touring everywhere. And I had to go thru a speech in order to get my parking pass. Again, this was not conveyed when I booked the hotel."

"Closest thing to an All Inclusive resort in the US. Think Cruise Ship service on dry land. Everything was Amazing!"

"TV did not work for the whole property throughout stay. Room was clean, but housekeeping did not do anything through the week. Pool was okay, they don't provide separate pool towels. It is nicely located within walking distance to some good restaurants and activities. "
