"Room was clean, beds comfortable
We had an issue with hot water as a pipe had burst in hotel grounds, so unable to shower etc,
Absolutely no contact from management for an explanation, I rang reception to be informed they were aware & an engineer was working on it, after approx 15 hrs our water came back on,
Spoke to hotel manager at reception who said no compensation or offer of goodwill for the inconvenience,
The line to customer service at reception was long during the day, as no announcements or updates were made,
Very poor service from management,
On Thursday 9th April, there was going to be more problems at hotel as engineers were again looking into the fault, but there was a notice stuck up in Lift to make customers aware"
