The house was not clean. The beds were hard, pillows we’re flat. Carpets smelled bad. No air conditioner and the pool was freezing.

A very nice property in an attractive location on a golf course and country club. There are numerous retail locations nearby for food and clothing.

The property was in good condition, clean, in a very nice area. The property did have a few issues like the kitchen faucet needs to be replaced, a few bugs inside the home, no pool heater or cleaning pump. Other than these small items, the house was very adequate for our needs

The private pool was awesome! This property is not as close to the major theme parks (15-20 miles away) as I would have liked. However, the quietness of the neighborhood, the pool and a gated community make up for the longer drive!

The condition of the pool was poor. I did not get in the pool which was very disappointing because I didn’t bring my bathing suit.

Haines City is a little further away than we would have liked and an easier way to heat the pool would have been nice. Short of that, the house was nice, easy to find, and clean
