"This place is absolutely great but if you like a firm bed you will absolutely hurt your back in these beds. My wife and I kept sinking into the bed and we're basically spinning in bed all night."
"Our family enjoyed our stay at the Dolphin. After we checked in, one of our rooms smelled awful…like mildew or feet. The front desk immediately moved us to a fresh smelling room.
The beds were comfortable and they offered 2 pillows…2 firm and 2 more feather-like/soft.
There was plenty of room to store our luggage, and there was a mini fridge. We used a microwave by the ice machine to heat leftovers.
The pools and entertainment offered outside were top notch.
The biggest issue we had was parking. We self-parked our van. Two out of five nights we had to park at the Swan self-park and trek to our hotel.
The quick restaurant, Fuel, was great! We walked in to a line almost out the door, but we decided to wait. Good thing we did because our orders were filled quickly, and the food was tasty. Room service also had tasty burgers and salads.
We liked the convenience of getting to the Disney parks via Friendship boats or the buses.
Overall, it was a nice stay, and we would stay here again."
"Great facility however it seems there was construction going on in the villa above us that was noisy and disturbing. In addition housekeeping came in at 9 am on the day we were checking out and didn’t announce themselves. They walked into the room while I was dressing. Check out is 10 am so there was no need for this."
"This was hands down the best stay I've ever experienced at a hotel! And for the price point- unreal! The staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved having free breakfast and some snacks later on in the day. Drury Plaza helped make my birthday weekend memorable. I will always come back to this property!!"
