Our stay was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable hotel standards. Throughout our visit, we experienced multiple serious issues, including unsanitary room conditions, maintenance problems that were never resolved, and repeated room changes. One room had stained mattresses with one sunken in on one half, and another had live cockroaches. Cleanliness was consistently poor, and the situation caused significant stress and anxiety during our vacation. What made the experience worse was the lack of accountability during our stay and afterward. We made multiple attempts, both in person and by phone, to speak with management and resolve the situation, but were repeatedly given conflicting information or refused escalation. Our concerns were dismissed, and interactions with staff were unprofessional and disrespectful. Despite thorough documentation and third-party involvement, we have been unable to reach a fair resolution. On my last attempt to contact a general manager the man who answered at the front desk told me if we weren't happy with the accommodations, we should have left, and yelled into the phone that they were not going to do anything for us, ending by stating they are fully booked today and will continue to be. This was a stressful, poorly managed experience, and we did not receive the accommodations we paid for. We would not recommend this hotel and encourage future guests to carefully consider cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service before booking
