We did not have any iron and the ironing board was bent. They told us they would rectify the situation but nothing happened. Also there were limited tv remotes we had to use 1 remote for several tvs. And there wasnt and broom available

A casa é novinha e linda, mas o condomínio ainda não tinha portaria e nos sentimos muito expostos. As garagens não são numeradas, então normalmente a vaga em frente à casa estava ocupada. A água quente é limitada e, se estiverem em muitas pessoas, o que é de se esperar já que a casa tem 6 quartos, os últimos a utilizarem o chuveiro tomarão banho frio.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in all of my time staying at a resort. First of all the room assigned did not match the description. Next there was a dirty towel on the closet floor that had some fluid on it, bits of small trash like hairpins and qtips in two areas, old broken wet wood table in pool area that stopped us from our outdoor activities and bbq. And when I called about these issues they were never handled . I booked for 6 days but left after 2 days after they promised to take care of the situation but did not. They don’t want to refund the other days. They don’t care about their customers. Also no amenities. Do not stay here!

Clean but multiple damages

The interior of the property was clean, but not well maintained. Multiple damages to the interior of the condo. As a person who notices small details of anything, I was able to notice a lot of errors within the unit. Location is in a decently quiet area, but somewhat far from Orlando. What should have been a 20-30 min drive to Orlando turned out to be a 40-50 min drive everyday, due to the construction occurring near by the property location.

Arrived at the property after a long flight. On looking around the accommodation we found bed linen stained, kitchen worktops dirty, floor dirty, fridge dirty. Patio doors to the pool jammed and the doors not on the track and couldn’t be opened. We were moved to another property. Last thing that we wanted after a very long flight.

I have stayed at this resort multiple times and always enjoyed the property, however this time it was different. Issues included broken items in the home, closet door of the hinge, red paint stains throughout the unit, burned lounge chair, broken steps on the stairs, and a dirty pool with cigarette butts.

Beautiful new condo. The TV was difficult we were unable to get any local channels and needed permission to download apps. It was vacation so not a real problem compared to the spacious condo.

The unit itself was amazing, very clean and modern. The issue is with they are still under construction and the community pool is not done yet. We were there during the Fourth of July holiday and they were a lot of gas making a lot of noise throughout the night.

The unit was not clean properly. The floor was filthy!! The oven was dirty with splatter old food. The shower wasn’t clean well there was hair from previous people on the shower walls. The cleaners only spot clean instead of actually cleaning the place. After doing a review the cleaning came apologizing and offered to clean the floors but at this point we had already been in the space for 2 days and it would interfere with our vacation. We did show her all of the dirty things and she apologized but that doesn’t fix the fact that the place wasn’t clean from the start. We never heard anything from the property owners in regards to the cleanliness of their property which is not a good look. Other than the property not being clean and no communication everything else was good.
