The bathroom was disgusting. Tub was rusty and dirty. The floors were filthy. There were bugs. The molding was rotten. We couldn’t stay! We left and had the expense of another hotel. The photos are totally misleading. The fact that Wyndham would put their name on it is amazing. Probably will never look at another Wyndham! Don’t stay!

Room was very dated and had cheap in matching fixtures. The pool was clean and nice. No doorknob or lock on the bathroom door. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

The door to my hotel room was too small for the door frame so there was a large gap at the bottom and the door was not installed properly so you weren’t able to lock the deadbolt.The curtains in the window that overlooked the bed and the entire room did not stay closed. Maintenance answer to that was paper clips to hold the curtain closed and they rolled up towel at the door. There was no door on the bathroom just rusty hinges and the bathtub was missing a piece of the molding so dried glue was showing. The floor was cracked and had gaps. One day while I was out, staff entered my room to leave a luggage rack that I did not ask for and to turn up the temperature on the air conditioning. Unfortunately, I was told by the property and Expedia that they could not move me and I was in a position where I was stuck staying there, but I would never use this property again. The pictures on the Expedia website are not the photos of the room.

This place is disgusting, the photos and the first five reviews were way off base. The manager was nowhere to be found. Expedia and I tried to contact multiple times and no response and unavailable. Roaches in the microwave, floors were filthy. I would not even take my luggage out of the car. I had to sleep there one night because I couldn’t get another hotel that night. Booked another hotel and left in the morning with no refund and probably won’t ever use Expedia again because of this experience. DO NOT BOOK find somewhere else.

This was the worst place we stayed at in all my years of dealing with Expedia. The place was horrible. The first room they offered was in poor condition. It did not look like the picture on the Expedia’s website. The beds looked like they were taken from off the street and the sheets had stains on them. I gave the staff 3 stars because the front desk tried to be accommodating. I think they could do better than that.

Great location if you’re on vacation for Disney. However, there are some issues where I found that the bed is dirty, there’s no lamp shades on the lamp, & the bathtub was really dirty.

The room was not up to part. There was blood or poop smeared bathroom wall. Shower didn’t drain, no shower head. The day of checkout I couldn’t get the the room because the door latch broke. Manager got me out through a door that connects the room I stayed at with the one next door

When I arrived to my room there was an ozone generator machine in use which I didnt know at the time what it was. I was in the room for about 5 to 7mins before my eyes started burning and tearing. My breath was shorten and a chronic cough emerged within the time frame of me being inside the room. I exited the room to get fresh air but the symptoms persisted for about and hour or so. The staff should be well aware of what is happening in all rooms before putting guest in them. Could possibly have temporary or permanent internal health issues because of this!!

The staff was excellent throughout my stay. This is an older motel and shows its age but the rooms were reasonably priced and clean. The property is located conveniently near attractions, dining and shopping. I can recommend this motel to bargain travelers and extended stay guests.

It's not the room that's in the pictures. It doesn't have a dresser it doesn't have a bar to hang up your clothes. There's no iron there's no microwave there's no coffee pot as stated. There's no telephone there's no alarm clock. The TV didn't work the Spectrum had going out and when it did work it was very glitchy. I would not recommend this place to anybody because it's misrepresented. And also when I told the manager he kept trying to get me to check out and give me a refund instead of switching my room or trying to fix the problems.
