The second we walked in we felt very welcomed by the staff. They gave us an upgrade on our room. It was our first time at universal and they made it an amazing everlasting experience. Rooms were exceptionally clean and food service to the room was very fast. Pool and hot tub really topped the whole trip!

This is my second time in this hotel. Stayed here two years in the row. I rarely stay in the same hotel twice - so this tells a lot. A nice clean room, a boat trip away from Universal Studios and walking distance to Volcano Bay. We will be back again!

Easy parking on site and always love the free shuttles to the parks- although we ended walking to Islands of Adventure because it was so close!
