Upon arrival, the room I was assigned did not match the room that was advertised. Inside the room, the lights were flickering intermittently, and there was visible mold inside the air conditioning unit, which is both unsanitary and a potential health concern. Additionally, there was a constant ringing noise in the room, which prompted me to contact the front desk.
The bathroom was not properly cleaned. There was urine residue and dust on the side of the toilet, hair inside the stand-up shower, and hair on the bathroom floor.
Maintenance was notified and responded promptly. The issue was identified as the smoke alarm. During the visit, the maintenance worker removed the cover from the AC unit, sprayed a substance inside, and wiped it down. I have video documentation of this service.
Furthermore, the area above the kitchen sink contained trash, and there was hair inside the sink upon arrival. I took both photos and videos documenting the condition of the room throughout my stay.
