"Check-in: Check-in was relatively quick. I arrived late at night and asked to have bedding delivered to my room for the pullout sofa bed. It never arrived. My husband called, and we still didn't get it. After about an hour and close to 1AM, we went downstairs to get it ourselves. Room: We had the apartment room with kitchen and separate bedroom. The kitchen had a fridge, k-cup coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave with airfryer feature. I wish there was a stove. It also would have...

"We stayed at EVEN Hotel with a large group, and overall had a good experience. The staff was outstanding,they were friendly, accommodating, and made sure our entire group was placed on the same floor, which we really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The only downside was finding a roach in our room, which was disappointing. Other than that, everything was clean, and the staff’s excellent customer service made our stay enjoyable."
