"Lift stoped working and there was no coffee, tea or milk provided in rooms for use.
First room I was sent to wasn’t even clean and we had booked two nights but only got one towel provided and the shower screen door was broken so when you showered water went all over the floor which made it a safety issue
There is a restaurant open during certain hours but is high in price so may want to try and get food elsewhere"

"There was a faint smell of old ashtray in the room that I found disappointing (on a non smoking floor). I also turned up when the keys/locks were being redone, and reception was nice enough but I don't think the manager actually apologise for the inconvenience even once, just fed excuses.... Zero explanation of where anything was or times the reception was open/closed over weekend."

"We had a nice little stay, used the waterpark and pool for a couple of hours, had a bbq sausage sizzle, played on the flying fox and saw a koala. Staff were friendly enough. Cafe prices seemed a bit high. Parking was a bit tight if you have a medium to large car."

"Great resort, food was amazing for breakfast buffet and also the dinner buffet. A wide range for all. Cocktails amazing also. Easy access to seaworld thru the gift shop in the lobby. We also payed for late check out, which we also got 2 free cocktails with a voucher. Pool area is amazing with 2 life guards always on duty. Will definitely be back"

"It took us one night to adjust to the noise from the highway nearby. Apart from that nice and peaceful.
Room was serviced only once during our four-night stay, would have been appreciated if it was done each day.
No information on the rules and where things are. Some non-applicable rules were on the door encouraging us to ignore everything else including wi-fi.
Detergent could have been provided for washing dishes.. Not required if the room is serviced on weekends."

"The room looked clean when we first arrived, but then we noticed all the crumbs on the bedside table from the previous guests.
Bed was very comfortable and having a bar with a restaurant downstairs was great. The location was very convenient and there was a few other shops around.
We turned on the bathroom light/fan and a putrid smell came up from the drain. We showered in the dark from then on.
There is no reception here, so you need to see the bar staff to check in.
