"Elevator was not working, took 12 hours for the room to get cool. Had to asked for cooking utensils and was barely given anything, had to keep asking for more things. Knives, plates....and you could see the girl was upset that she had to accommodate me. Guests were smoking at the side entrance of the steps, filling the stair well with smoke. I was only there for a night. I couldn't imagine being there for a couple days or even weeks"

"My family had the most amazing 4-night stay at this hotel! Everything about our visit exceeded expectations. The beach access, beautifully maintained pool area, and complimentary breakfast options were all fantastic. Every staff member we encountered — from the front desk to maintenance and the breakfast service team — was friendly, helpful, and truly made us feel welcome. The hotel itself is a perfect, clean little gem in a great location within walking distance of several excellent dining options. We stayed in the 2-queen oceanfront studio suite, which was incredibly spacious and comfortable for my husband, myself, and our three kids under 11. The room was thoughtfully stocked with plates, silverware, and a large refrigerator, which made a longer family stay so much easier. We also used the laundry facilities, and the machines were spotless and well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable — even the pullout sofa! The balcony quickly became a favorite spot for the kids, and we were lucky enough to enjoy gorgeous weather during our stay. (Late April 2026) The location was perfect: close to where we needed to be in Ormond Beach, yet only a short drive to Daytona. This will absolutely be our go-to hotel every time we visit family in Florida. Hands down, the best place to stay from Ormond to Daytona Beach right now. You can tell the property is very well cared for — such a peaceful, pleasant place to relax and make great family memories!"

"This place was an absolute DUMP! The room was beyond filthy, the "on site" parking wasn't even enough for half of their guests, not to mention the staff taking up many of the available spots, the staff at the desk were rude, dismissive and flat out LIARS. I have video of the evening desk clerk showing and telling me it was ok to park in a specific place, then woke up to a note on my car threatening to tow it. When confronted, they denied it all. When told to watch the video, they just made excuses. Our room was NEVER cleaned. We had to beg for fresh towels, sheets and even toilet paper. There was hair in the shower, urine under the toilet, mold in the cabinets, and the floor was so dirty that our socks turned black. We had to wear flip flops in the shower just to keep from being disgusted. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Getting help was impossible as the desk staff was always either sleeping in their car or taking photos on the beach deck. But never available to take care of a guest."
