"We were placed in a room that had a giant shipping container outside of it. We asked to be moved but they would / could not do that. Our door lock was faulty and every time we tried to open our door it failed and we had to go to the front desk and ask for help. Very inconvenient. The finale was at 11:30 pm the fire alarm went off and we had to leave the building under duress along with everyone else and wait 30 minutes until it was clear to return. "Loved the location, staff, and views. The rooms could use a bit more TLC, especially when it comes to details like fixtures, caulking, and overall finishing touches. The bathroom tub also needs replacement, and some of the water fixtures could use updating as well. Per our experience, it seems the rooms have experienced quite a bit of wear and tear over time."

"This is our second visit to this lovely property. The gentleman who checked us in could not have been friendlier. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable after a very long drive. The pool area was clean and well kept. Just steps from pool to the ocean! We will definitely stop in again on our next trip down to Florida. "

"I really enjoyed staying here! The pool was so nice! It was such an easy walk down to the beach. The room was clean, with plenty of toiletries and towels were in the bathroom! The only downside was the WiFi was a bit slow, and the breakfast options were pretty limited - but of neither of those are a huge deal to me! I also really liked that even though we arrived before our check in time and our room wasn’t ready we were still able to get our parking pass and use the pool while we waited."

"The room was clean for the most part except for mold on the a/c unit and some floor cracks and random things. If you want a decent but outdated sort of room for a cheaper rate than other hotels then this is your place. They definitely need to do more preventative maintenance though as well because our automatic door keypad decided to not work 3x before complety giving out on us. While they were inspecting and diagnosing our door keypad, my 16 month old toddler was barely touching the wall next...

"The air conditioner was a bit noisy and the TV didn't work. The front desk said it was due to the weather. It had rained earlier, but was currently sunny. Not impressed with this location. I Expected better for the Hilton at Daytona Beach."

"I love the courtyard in the middle, it’s great for the dogs to run around and play outside.The staff are so friendly and helpful. They are always willing to help and I am very grateful for their support. The rooms are always so clean and never see any bugs thank goodness! Very quiet and laid back property. Family and pet friendly. However the only thing that I don’t like is the pet fee of having to pay $20/day. It gets to be expensive."

"This place isn’t super modern, but it was perfect for a little Rockville trip. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and it’s within walking distance of many great restaurants. I’ll definitely be booking again."
