"Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment, it was exceptionally clean and very modern, with all mod cons. Bed was very comfy and the shower was great, always hot water available. The balcony was a good size and a sun trap first thing in the morning, lovely winter sunshine 🌞 Pool area was lovely and good facilities. The owners were lovely and very helpful. I would stay here again. Would highly recommend 👌 "

"We often stay at this hotel either when we arrive in Turkey late at night or before an early morning flight home, and it’s always a brilliant choice. The location is perfect, as it is just a short distance from Dalaman airport, making it ideal for a quick stopover. It is honestly exceptional. The rooms are always spotless, comfortable, and much nicer than you’d expect for such an affordable rate. The staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and go out of their way to make you feel at home. It’s one of those rare places that proves you don’t need to spend a fortune for great service and comfort. Exceptional value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. "

"We had a great stay here. The staff were friendly from the beginning, and I appreciated that the man who checked me in went on to greet me by name the whole trip. The breakfast was tasty, and the room was clean and comfortable. We also loved the jungle-like plant setup on the walkways in between the hotel's buildings and pool, and we found our room to be clean and comfortable. Dalyan itself was a great vacation town as well. Would recommend!"

"The open buffets were excellent. Accessibility to the amenities was excellent. The beach area was well kept. We enjoyed playing tennis on the clay courts. The staff was friendly and courteous. The only addition that we would like is to have a designated walkway to the villas. "

"We loved everything about the Dalyan Holiday Hotel. It was peaceful, shady and relaxed, and the view of the Lycian tombs from the river terrace is absolutely spectacular. Kerem is an incredible host who makes you feel immediately welcome and at home. The room (we had a family room for two adults and two teens) was simple, cool and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing - not only delicious and generous, but served by the river alongside the turtles who turned up every day for their share! It was magical - a really special start to our holiday and what felt like a happy accident given we had just been looking for somewhere within easy reach of Dalaman airport. One piece of advice - the reception is at the back of the hotel after you enter from the street. We arrived at night and were (briefly) unsure if we were in the right place. Just walk through towards the garden and you’ll find yourself in a lovely comfortable lounge full of art. Don’t judge until you get there. "
