"Our stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Bodrum Torba got off to a disappointing start when our room wasn't fully ready at check-in. "Does what it says on the tin - high end all-inclusive at a decent price for the facilities and quality of food / drink All restaurants excellent, including main buffet. The self bbq place (kumdu kirpi - sand hedgehog) is excellent and does decent burgers at lunch…you can also spit hedgehogs among the hedges on your evening stroll back. Nice! "We enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was the food. Don’t get me wrong there were plenty of options. The only issue was we found it bland and it lacked depth of flavour. The lemon cheese cake for instance didn’t have the correct texture and no lemon flavour (some sort of jelly on top). The Indian cuisine seemed like a token gesture and there was no option to add flavour i.e. sauces, spices."
