"I didn't see room service as an option, no real kitchen, just breakfast ( which is outstanding delicious), so bring snacks or go out and eat. There's a market close by, but remy, just snacks, no microwave to cook anything."

"Stayed 2 nights whilst visiting Europa Park. Check in was very quick and easy and staff were very helpful. Room was fantastic we had a family room which included a large double bed and bunk beds with a double on the bottom bunk. This meant there was plenty of space as there was only 3 of us. Bathroom was large and very clean. Breakfast was ok, with a selection of bread, pastries, meat, cheese and some cooked options including eggs, bacon and for some reason spring rolls. Location of this hotel is great for visiting Europa Park as it is a short drive away."

"B&B Hotel Offenburg-Hbf is an excellent choice for travellers looking for clean, comfortable accommodation in a convenient location. Situated close to the main train station, it offers easy access to the town centre and is an ideal base for both business and leisure trips. The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable, and the bed provided a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making check-in and the overall experience smooth and enjoyable. The only aspect that could be improved is the pillows. They were too soft and lacked proper support, which slightly affected the overall sleeping comfort. Offering guests a choice of firmer pillows would make a noticeable difference. Considering the quality of the accommodation, cleanliness, location, and service, the hotel represents excellent value for money. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, would happily recommend B&B Hotel Offenburg-Hbf to others, and would definitely stay here again."

"Wonderful staff and breakfast options. We enjoyed our first visit and would recommend a stay in the hotel. Only needed a room safe and a motion nightlight for comfort. Otherwise excellent hotel"

"Really nice location, had a larger than expected room which was a result. Chose hotel based on reviews about views and being on the 3rd floor was impressive. Spent each evening out on the balcony enjoying the view. The hotel is i think mainly used by walkers/hikers, the surrounding area has many paths. Not far from the main street with its shop and a couple of bars/restaurants but the walk back up the hill will be a bit of a mission. We used the car. There is parking along the side of the hotel. Ingolf is the owner of the hotel, he is a friendly guy who trys to make your stay welcoming."
