The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable, and the bed provided a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making check-in and the overall experience smooth and enjoyable.
The only aspect that could be improved is the pillows. They were too soft and lacked proper support, which slightly affected the overall sleeping comfort. Offering guests a choice of firmer pillows would make a noticeable difference.
