"Everything was great regarding this property. Location was great, the room was great. Breakfast was great. Sicilia, at the front desk, deserves $1 million.!! she was the sweetest and most helpful person ever! The check-in was fabulous with great communication, even sending us our bus pass so we would have free transportation to the hotel.. the only potential problem, I did not see an air conditioner.. we did not need it so I cannot confirm there was one there, but I did not see one, which could be a problem if you happen to go and it was hot. There was an elevator, in the room was fairly large for European standards."

Beyond that the rides to and from town were so helpful, and the staff was so accommodating and kind. Breakfast was great, and the property was very well maintained with beautiful views!"
