"This is a nice property, that should be a luxury hotel but fails in some key aspects. The reception is very messy and looks like a cheap hotel filled with ads for other companies. Super tacky. When I got there the elevator wasn't working. When I got to the room the wifi stopped working. Tried to call the reception for help but even though the room has a ton of supposedly helpful literature, not one had the details of the wifi, or how to call front desk. "Our room was lovely, set out like an apartment with a nice terrace. The new bottles of water in the room every day was appreciated. Staff were friendly and helpful with all requests. The air conditioning was very effective and made the room a good base for a cool down from the hot weather. The decor was modern, bathroom was clean and plenty of space for toiletries etc. having access to Sky was fine, but some smart tv features to access other apps/cast would be a good update in future.
