Great hotel and very convenient. The Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The only gripe i had was with the in hotel laundry, hind sight being 20/20 I would go to an actual laundromat before using their machines again.

Clean room! Free washing and drying machines. They have a wonderful welcome lounge with snacks,drinks, and coffee. Perfect place to stay Dotonbori is less than a 2 minute walk. Also they provide free bags and a vacuum sealing machine which made it easier to take our souvenirs and stuffed animals ...
