The breakfast was ok. We chose to only eat once because it was not great.
Staff was amazing!
Check in was smooth.
Housekeeping was efficient and kind. Helpful.
The hotel was in a great location. Across the street from 7-Eleven for snacks and breakfast pastries. Area was clean and safe. Hotel has laundry machines. Reasonably priced. Laundry room could be cleaned a little better.
Lobby was clean.
Fromt desk staff kind, knowledgeable and very helpful.
THE BEDS WERE ROCK HARD. THE PILLOWS WERE FLAT ROCKS. IT ACTUALLY FELT LILE IT HAD ROCKS ON ONE SIDE OF THE PILLOWS INSIDE.
Thankfully we brought our air mattress pads from camping and had our neck pillows from the plane.
I would stay at this hotel again. I will have a travel pillow next time. We were there for 7 nights.

7-11 is across. Dotonbori is near (walk). Many restaurants are around. Near stations. Clean hotel. Overall, good experience.

Saw many bad comment but when I touch Dow. Everything seem good. Never make me disappointed. Good stay with best western !

The hotel was nice, clean, extremely convenient, the is a 7/11 right next door, a Domino's pizza around the corner of you want that. The train station is less than a 10 minute walk, the staff will hold your luggage for you after checkout which is very helpful. The only negative is that it was very loud when motorcycles where riding by outside at 1am. Otherwise this is a great hotel.

I found dusty on tv frame and without enough spaceous. My luggage couldn’t able to open wide. No proper space setting for teapot and cups. Just too close and always in touch with curtain. I don’t feel the curtain is clean.

Ths place is very convenient & accessible to transport.
Fridge was not working in the room despite reporting it to staff & the bigger garbage bin was not emptied.

3.25/5 stars. Not bad for price, not Great either
Cleanliness was good. Property is advertised as having a restaurant. Not true. Property is described on hotels.com as having breakfast buffet avaliable for a surcharge, also not true.
Rooms are small but clean and serviceable. Biggest complaint is lack of advertised breakfast and on-site restaurant as this was an important factor in our booking.

Location is perfect. Walking distance to malls, markets and train station. Bed was good. Bathroom was maintained well but had a musty smell to it (no fan to get rid of the humidity). You could hear people outside throughout the night. Overall the Hotel was clean and very nice. I would stay here again!

This hotel is at best a 2 star. What’s really frustrating is that around 3am to 5am there are kids exiting a bar or club that hang around the hotel partying and screaming which makes it impossible to sleep if your room is on that side. While this is not the hotels fault I think it’s very important travelers know what they are signing up for in terms of a very disrupted nights sleep. The room is itself is the smallest we stayed in during our trip to Japan and overall seemed very dingy. I would say the location was good and a 7-11 is directly next to it which is convenient.

The property is old and not as clean as I would like it to be and the room was designed with a very narrow entrance which makes it very difficult to maneuver around with baggage. Location is pretty convenient being close to Nagahoribashi station. (Shinsaibashi station is about 8-10 minutes walk away).

Right in front of Nagahoribashi station, which connects to a lot of places by subway. Quiet neighborhood. but you can always visit Dotonbori to enjoy. Cost-effective choice, so don’t expect a large room

Customer service was good and majority of the staff spoke English. The only bad thing was they don’t have an AC setting. They have me a fan for the room. The bed was hard as rocks kinda felt like sleeping on box springs. And it was two bed put together so when sleeping it felt weird cause there was a gap

Everything about this hotel was a great value and exceeded expectations except for one very important thing. The A/C just couldn’t get the room cool enough. It didn’t help the the room was like an oven when we arrived. Keep in mind this was the end of July and the infernal end of summer heat had begun in Japan. Other then that the staff was english speaking, the room was super clean and had all the amamentareis you could ask for. Bedding was nice. It was really a well thought through hotel minus the air. All and all would have been an incredible deal, but alas we ended up sweating all night with the only relief being those brief moments when the A/C would swing over to your bed. To be fair we didn’t reach out to the management about this because we arrived very late and just wanted to get a few hours of a sleep. The air was set correctly on high with the lowest temperature possible.

The room was clean if a little on the small side. Breakfast was a little bland and there were few choices to have.
