The location of this hotel is very convenient for anyone who needs to get around the city as it is close to a few metro stations. The staff were amazing and made it very convenient for English speakers as the entire staff was fluent. My biggest complaint would be how thin the walls were. I could hear the guests above me walk around and use their bathroom. I was also woken up several times by the neighboring guests' alarm clocks.

We really enjoyed this hotel, staff made our experience even better, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing. All good things about the hotel, will definitely stay again next time visiting Osaka. Money well spent.

This hotel is probably our favourite out of all the hotels we’ve stayed in Japan for our three-week long holiday. The service is probably the highlight of it all. We also got complimentary breakfast given to us when we checked-in! We really loved that they lend reusable bottles to you during your stay to reduce plastic waste. Thanks for a really good and memorable stay, Hotel The Flag! 💗

The washing machine was really moldy inside so we went to another place to do our laundry instead.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry about the issue you experienced this time. We wipe inside the washing machines multiple times a day when they are not used and we also use a detergent designed to clean the machines every month, but sometimes detergents for clothes go into small gaps around the lid and stuck getting solidified. We will once again revise our cleaning method to prevent this as much as possible. We hope to be able to welcome you back again next time you plan a trip to Osaka.

Super easy to get to from Dotonburi, great staff, very friendly and helpful! They had great facilities, we made use of their laundry room during our 7 night stay here. The hotel was also very clean! The only thing i would say is the standard room we stayed in did not have many closet space to put your clothes away, so our luggage stayed open and out. But thats not a big problem, i think most if not all hotels near tourist locations also have limited space.

Looks like a new hotel and is very modern and elegant. The location is great and would highly recommend this hotel if looking to explore the Dotonburi. The hotel is comfortable and clean and the staff are excellent and attentive.

The property is very clean and modern. It is very accessible to different train stations. It has great amenities like free drinking water and a coffee machine. The room was more spacious than other hotels we stayed at in Japan even with a queen bed. We enjoyed our stay here and will highly recommend.

The building is very new. Room is small but OK for the price. Very close to all the actions and entertainment. But you have to know the places, not easy to find. One night there was a big party next room (loud noise at 11pm) and as soon as I file a complain. The staffs were very helpful and the party shut down.
