"Ok. I sent hotel a message prior to anticipated very late arrival question. No response. Sent another message 4 hrs later about not being able to use the room due to flight cancellation. 18 hrs later, they responded to contact Expedia. Review is to highlight responsiveness of staff. -disappointed. "

"Everything was well organized, the staff was very polite and efficient with our needs. Breakfast had the basics which was perfect, I wish the restroom had more amenities, there was makeup wipe but only one, and no face soap, shower cap, plastic trash bags. "

"Staff was friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. Place smelt stale and like cigarettes. Hot tub was broken. Took over an hr to refill towels for the pool area."

"The hotel itself was fine. It was clean and I felt safe, which is all I can ask for, considering the circumstances. But what I want to commend is the gentleman working the front desk when I checked in. There had been a ton of flight cancelations and countless people like myself were stranded and getting last minute rooms, and the line when I arrived for check in was really long. This was obviously not an expected surge in visitors and there was just the one staff member and let me tell you, this...

"The individual, Barbara, who works at the front desk is wonderful! With her beautiful smile she greeted us with warmth. When we needed anything such as, shuttle, laundry, restaurants, etc… Barbara was very helpful. Barbara treated all guests so kind and welcomed. I look forward to seeing her welcoming us when we return in May."

"Gym was basic but well equipped fo short weight or cardio workout. Bike, treadmill and weights. No hot tub. Room was great. "

"Clean room, but the smoke alarm had a beeping soind in the main lobby the night we artoved and it was still beeping the day after."

"The airport shuttle was prompt and drivers very courteous. Is set up at the airport is not directly the fault of the hotel, however it’s a confusing and ridiculous setup. The courtesy phones do not work and due to the fact i was just returning from overseas, i had to message my friend in Alaska, to call the hotel to tell them I was ready for pick up. "

"We have enjoyed this hotel previously. This time was a disappointment. We intentionally booked because of the 24 hour shuttle as we knew we would be arriving very late. When I called from the airport for a shuttle, a recording said the shuttle only operated from 4 am to 1 am. It cost me $25 in taxi fare. The desk clerk said the shuttle was 24 hours! No offer to lessen the pain of an unnecessary $25. fare. "

"The reception desk staff were so friendly and helpful! We knew our flight could potentially be canceled and the staff person made a tentative reservation for us for the next day incase our flight was canceled! We are SO glad they did that for us because our flight was canceled! We were even able to check in early! Awesome staff, very accommodating! It was also great that provided shuttle service to some of the restaurants in the area! Nice surprise!"
