"The sheets in the bed had blood stains and dried poop on it. Didn’t see it till I layed on it. This all after I checked in at 1am and had to work in the morning. I was soo grossed out I could fall asleep. Even though the front desk person came to see it, I did not even get a call from management to even apologize. Checked out and went to stay at another hotel for the rest of the my stay in Bilings. And to think that I paid money for a room like that?. And as if that wasn’t enough, someone tried...

"Nice looking property from a distance. Dings and scratches in walls, doors and furniture. Serious dings and scratches. Walk down halls and see serious scratches in every door. Probably from cleaning carts. Had to reattach one side of toilet seat. Faucet in bathtub/ shower continued to spray water when knob was pulled to turn on shower. Mold in corner. Corners and top of moulding was dirty. Light fixture in bathroom is filthy. Look up."

"First room on the first floor had broken window and door. Would not deadbolt. Moved to another room. Rooms were filthy dirty and had to clean and wipe down just to stand to be in the room. Washcloth was black from wiping down. We checked out early and stayed at another hotel it was so bad but still had to pay for the stay. A total party drunk fest with the guests. Very loud and slamming doors. Breakfast was small and limited. My car received damage in the parking lot."
