"Not sure about all the rooms, but the room I was in I had to fix the toilet handle and the shower head. With all the open drinking I saw this wasn't surprising"

"I’m a travel advisor so usually I take pictures of the room I’m staying in, but this was an impromptu trip and I was with my kids, so I didn’t. The pull out bed (on the bottom of the couch) was dirty, and so was the couch (crumbs, lint, dirt) so we didn’t use it. That wasn’t a big deal, but it was annoying because I had three kids with me and planned on using the couch as a bed. There was a moth in my room. "I was extremely surprised by this hotel. I was expecting very little as I knew it was older and the price was so good. But to my surprise, it was so clean and every time we came through the lobby or the hallway, there was always staff cleaning. Very impressive! I observed one of the staff members wiping down the breakfast area tables all the way down to the bottom where you rest your feet. "The room was clean. Didn't have interaction with the staff except the guy at the reception desk. He didn't say much. There's no breakfast included...not even a donut or coffee. I think there was a spot to purchase food but not sure. Room temp was fine. My handicap room was very roomy & the bathroom easily maneuvered. We just needed a room to sleep overnight in so in fit the bill on that."
