"This was the best by far of the three hotels we used on our trip to Japan. The room was very spacious and the bathroom a little dated but all clean and fully functional. The staff were very helpful and arrange our luggage getting shipped to Kyoto, doing all the paperwork for us. Location is great as it is close to the train station, a must in Tokyo and there are lots of places to drink and eat close by. The hotel bar has a cool view of the train lines and was a nice spot to relax. Very pleased with our stay there!"

"This is the first time we went to a hotel and the staff ask us to upgrade by ourselves. First, we arrived and the hotel is not easy to reach. We need to asked the tourist centre to help before we get there. After we been to the reception, she asked if we wanted to have breakfast because that was not include in our plan. We chose not to have it. Then she stopped talked to us and kept searching from her own files to try to show us that we can have a better room and our rooms have no good view. We were sweating because we can not found the hotel. But we stay there for more than 5 mins just because she wanted to sell us a better room. I can not really understand. I chose the room and compare the other choice at home. I chose what I want and expect. If I would like to have a better view, I might not choose this hotel. And If I want a better room. I would choose and paid while I pick the room. It is not what I expect to experience when I am already at the reception of the hotel. At the end of the check-in. I can feel like that she was impatient because I listened to her and chose nothing from her. We also use the car park at the day we check-out. There are little space than I expect. We will never choose this hotel again. "
