"We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was great and the stuff were very helpful and very pleasant. The only comment/suggestion we have is that we found the room to be dark. A little more lighting would have been very helpful. However, it did not detract from an otherwise excellent stay."

"Lovely hotel in a good area for walking around this part of town. Nice surprise to be offered a light dinner on the house when arriving. Breakfast was very good too. Good size room, with a bit of a sitting area, which was handy."

"The property and the on-site restaurant were excellent. A special shout-out to Natalie at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and easy to talk to, and Alexandra at breakfast, who was cheery, friendly, and perfectly executed every order from lattes to menu items. Exceptional staff like them truly make you want to return.
However, I ran into an issue after returning home. I received an email accusing me of taking a bottle of wine from the mini-bar. As someone who doesn't even drink wine...
