"We were disappointed with our stay. When we arrived after a long travel from Chicago, we were informed that there was a strike so services were radically reduced (no room cleaning, no secure luggage storage, reduced restaurant,bar service, no room service). Also the gym was closed for renovations. We understand the strike was out of their control but we asked from some compensation for the reduced services (restaurant credit, reduced rate, etc) and were offered 2 small pieces of chocolate. We were told that's the best they could do. "
