"Small room but comfortable bed. No desk space. TV instructions were incomprehensible so I could never watch tv. Rooms only cleaned every four days, so you had to scrounge if you needed something like more toilet paper. Breakfast had some good things (fresh pastries!) but was always the same. No strong black tea, however."

"The hotel is 5 min away from the nearest metro station and 2 min away from the bus station. You could also walk to the center on foot. Our room was spacious and comfy. It had a huge balcony overlooking a quiet neighborhood. It had all the things one can need during her stay. Our room was clean and we had lots of clean towels. However, there was hair in the shower and the hair dryer didn’t work. Other than that it is nice to stay here."

"I wanted a nice hotel that could be conveniently reached from the main train station and this hotel fit the bill perfectly. Easy walk across the bridge and you are at the hotel. We had a superior room and it was great, clean and spacious. The hotel is big and has a lot of foot traffic but they manage it quite well. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choices. Would definitely recommend!"

"The room we had was showing its age a little, lots of scuff marks on the floor and no USB fittings in there, with scratches on the plug fittings. Our children noted the showerhead in their bathroom fell down a couple of times and couldn’t be tightened. The breakfast spread was great though there was nowhere to sit, it was so busy. Shame there couldn’t be an overspill in the floor below or something. Good location near Grunerlokka and easy to get into the centre on a bus or a longer walk."
