"We stayed in the business room, the room was spacious with a separate living area with sofabed, dining table 4 chairs, a work desk. There is a separate kitchen area with microwave and electric gas. The bathroom is on the smaller side and no amenities. We were refused amenities by one of front staff but provided later on by another staff! The breakfast is very nice, with fresh smoothies and enough variety. Everything is replinished and nothing runs out. The staff are generally friendly and try to be helpful. Just one person was a bit difficult at the front desk. The gym is decent size & has all you need. Location is a short walk to the main city centre but atop a slightly elevated walk. Similarly story for the tram station, so bear that in mind when planning journey. Free coffee/tea in the lounge so helpful when you have a long day out. Very good stay overall."

"Simple but clean rooms, spacious lobby with kitchen, relaxing areas and close to the central station. There's access to two restaurants from the lobby, somewhat expensive but so is everything in Oslo."

"Lovely idyllic location with sensational views of the city. Breakfast and lunch buffets were both excellent and service throughout the hotel was very friendly and attentive. The woman that checked us in and sorted a small hiccup with our rooms was especially welcoming and helpful. Spa and gym facillites were very relaxing and available at a good price. Only wish that we were able to spend a longer time here."

"Cozy place, very friendly, nice atmosphere and affordable (considering it is Oslo at least). To have a small room with a little kitchenette and my own bathroom was absolutely perfect for me. There are however two minor downsides in my experience. Firstly, there was dust on top of the stove fan and kitchen cabinet. Not a big deal but a little gross. Secondly, and this was a larger inconvenience, the ventilation was very loud. I complained the same evening as I checked in. Asked for another room. Which I could not get. The message was that the janitor will come check next day. (Since this day, my check-in day, was unfortunately a holiday/off-day there.) I got free earplugs. Next evening I asked again (I had been out during day) and then the message was that the janitor had been there and that they acknowledged that the ventilation was abnormally loud. Which was a relief. But they could not fix it then. They could come back the next day to try fixing it. I asked again for a new room. And this time I got it. Same thing in that room so I decided to stay. Also glad unpacked everything now so bigger hustle changing room. Third day they had been there to fix it. Still somewhat loud but not annoyingly loud anymore. Was hoping for a more complete fix but this was okay. They were at least moderately responsive to my requests. Could have been worse. But overall I still recommend this place. And I am open to coming back."
