"This was our first time to Savannah and this property was not in the heart of Historic District, but that was okay. Other than some traffic noise, it was quiet and out of the main area. We could walk to eating places and the Forsyth Park. It was centrally located to drive any where and the place was nicely decorated and well stocked with items you might need. Alot of thought went into this place. It has a nice little courtyard in the back to take a break from all the running around we did....

"The home was clean and decorative. The property owner and maintenance personnel were very welcoming and gave information on local activities and good restaurants. I would recommend this property to others."

"Quiet property off the beaten path. Beds were comfortable. Loved the 1st and 2nd floor porches with ample, comfortable seating. The upstairs shower didn’t work so we all had to use one bathroom for showers. The ping pong area could use some sprucing up."

"Nolic quiet area. The house was very spacious. I didn't realize kitchen was upstairs. Mostly stayed downstairs and put younger couple upstairs. "

"Very nice and quiet place . Very clean ! The parking was tight but workable. Just a very homey place . "

"Rooms small. Especially the kitchen that was upstairs. Noises street and street lights come through blinds and curtains, especially garage lights from condo behind house. "

"I enjoyed staying at this location. The convenience of it was perfect. The beach was just outside of the front entrance, to the right. My partner and I were able to walk to SeaWolf for dinner and then Back River Brewery. It was just the spot we needed! "

"Property far exceeded our expectations. Location was great (right at the short cut for the beach) and plenty of room. everything was clean and we had almost everything we needed. And there is a cool restaurant/bar about 40 steps away. If you want to relax, this is the place."
