"Our air conditioner was broken for a couple days and it was 80 degrees. We called to get it fixed, and three hours later nobody came. We had to call again then finally someone came and opened the window. The AC was broken the whole time though (besides the first day)."

"Had such high expectations, none met. The room is very tiny. Bathroom door at foot of bed, no fan. When the faucet or shower was turned on in any nearby room, it was loud as though it was coming from my bathroom. Very loud pipes. No bathroom counter, no place to put used hand soap bar. Dirty hand towel taken but no clean one left (twice had to call desk). Bakery in lobby not anything special, after reviews thought it would be good. But it wasn’t. Room entry Doors slam if you don’t hold them, and each guest learns with a slam. Slow and tiny (4 person) elevator. Bed was fine but pillows were not. Got stiff neck two nights. Staff very friendly.
