Lovely hotel and very friendly staff. A no brainer if staying in Ostend. Room was very comfortable

It was a complete satisfactory experience, I only realised when I left that I hadn't had to alter anything heating of room or water temperature, it was perfect, and well situated for the Beach

On arrival we were greeted by a lovely young lady who helped us with our bags and made us feel incredibly welcomed. She began to tell us about the history of the hotel and show us some of its rooms which were absolutely stunning due to the new owners redesigning from top to bottom. Very nice hotel. Very close to the railway, bus and tram stations. 5 min walk to supermarket and about 10 to the seafront so ideal for exploring the area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice continental breakfast. Room was slightly let down by inconveniently placed plug sockets but there were plenty of them. Bed was a bit soft but very comfy. Spacious shower and good sized bathroom. Good curtains. My room was at the back and it was pretty quiet. Would definitely stay here again

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Absolutely beautiful and the decorations for Christmas were stunning. We loved spending time in the lounge area by the fire, the breakfast was very tasty and the hotel is in the perfect location. Would highly recommend. My ownly fault, and this isnt unique to this hotel, is that we paid an additional price for our four month son to stay (which is expected). Cannot think of one flaw and I've stayed at hotels all over the world. Beautiful hotel in a stunning location, only to be matched by the warmth of the hotel staff and the character of the rooms. Fabulous place to stay. We were in the newer part of the hotel -- possibly a new building, or a refurbished old one -- but it had been thoughtfully designed and beautifully put together. The walkway to get there went outside, and was only partially covered -- so you might get wet in the rain, although I noticed a stack of umbrellas at reception! Everything else was amazing. Excellent hotel in a great location, only 10 min walk from the train station and close to many great places to eat, drink and explore. Our room was very comfortable. Fantastic breakfast too. Highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back!

Brilliant Christmas stay, great staff

Location was excellent right in the heart of Bruges. Room was first class, clean spacious and very comfortable. Fantastic view over the square. Staff encountered were all helpful and polite. One of the best hotel stays we have ever had. Great job.

What a find! This hotel is small and cosy and ideally situated with just a 5 minute walk from the main market square. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast had a good range with fresh pastries, continental range and also full English, and even champagne which was a lovely touch. The room was very stylish with all the facilities you require including a jacuzzi bath. The car park is also an added bonus (although you have to book in advance). Beautiful hotel, great location and the staff were very helpful. The lift is quite small and the stairs very steep therefore maybe tricky for those with mobility issues. We loved it and will definitely return
